Readable, text-based PDFs containing an identifiable line-item schedule, up to 150 items per file. We review the layout and agree on eligible files and volume before any work begins.

What you receive
An editable Excel workbook for each converted document, containing item identifiers, descriptions, stated quantities and units, source-page references, and an explicit note wherever the source is ambiguous or incomplete. Every conversion is checked against the source document before delivery.
What we never do
- Estimating, pricing, quoting or purchasing decisions
- Interpreting design intent or specifications
- Inventing, inferring or rounding quantities
- Recording a missing value as zero. Missing stays blank and noted.
